Cristina Fernandez Lozano is the Chief Financial Officer at IGNIA. She has been part of the IGNIA team since 2010. In her role, she is responsible for managing the financial, administrative, and treasury operations of the Fund and General Partner. She also oversees investor reporting, tax planning, and ensures Fund compliance. Additionally, Cristina leads the financial and legal due diligence process for IGNIA investments, structures investment vehicles, and actively participates in the internal ESG committee. Prior to joining IGNIA, Cristina gained experience at GE Energy Industrial Motors, where she held positions in Material Purchase Planning and Production Scheduling. She also worked as an analyst in the Digiteam of the GE Sourcing team. Cristina holds a degree in Public Accounting and Finance from ITESM of Monterrey.
